Hello there!
Welcome to another occasional musing from an anarchist living in 21st century America. If you’ve recently subscribed to the publication (don’t worry, old timers, I love all my subscription-children), you’ll notice I’ve been quiet as of late.
As they say, life gonna life. Besides, what do you want for free?
In any case, I have a few pieces rolling around in my head but per my standard operating procedure they’ll be done when they’re done. Until then, I pray you are all doing well and taking care of you and yours.
As far as mine, today my mother sent me a lovely picture of my grandfather in his U.S. Army Air Corp best. He was a gunner on bombers over Italy. Used to write lovely letters to his wife, my grandmother, back home. Eventually made it back and had three kids, like you do. He died when I was very young, but I remember his kind eyes. Always happy to see me.
I’m reminded that the best of us go at the danger. Never away from it. Easier said than done, I know, but I think in those moments we are our most human. For good or ill, I’ll wish that for all of you. At least you’ll know you’re alive.
Until next time, take care.

Hear, hear, and here, here be yo 19th-century-Capitalist-sub-child.
Nice memorial to your G.P.
And if the cops aren't going to "go at the danger," could they at least not tackle and taze the peeps and P.'s who will?
I bet yo G.P. would a got to you like I would mine.
